- Full cycle recruitment for a variety of full time and contract roles across media, finance, sales, and HR departments.
- Maintaining and managing relationships with hiring managers of various levels and personalities.
- Posting ads, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews.
- Following up with candidates, extending offers and arranging the onboarding process, tying up loose ends before new hire starts
- Interacting with hiring managers with various personalities and expectations
- Managing the interview process and providing advice and insight on how to move forward with a search; developing and growing existing relationships; collecting feedback for candidates
Desired Skills and Experience
- BA Degree
- Must have a 1-2 years of full cycle recruiting experience, previous staffing agency experience is preferred!
- Previous sales and account management experience
- Experience managing a heavy requisition load in a deadline driven environment
- Superior communication & interpersonal skills
- Ambition, positivity, and a sense of humor.
