EA to Two C-Level Executives

Our client, a high-profile investment bank, is looking for a top Executive Assitant to support two C-level Executives.  In this position you will provide top administrative support and also work extensively in Salesforce.  30% of this position will be focused around Salesforce so candidates must have advanced Salesforce skills.  The ideal candidate also has 5-7 years of EA experience, is able to take direction from others, flourishes in an extremely corporate environment, and is looking to continue their career as an Executive Assistant. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives calendars
  • Create complete and flawless travel itineraries: cars, flights, trains, dinner reservations, hotel reservations
  • Politely deflect, be a true gate-keeper
  • Manage e-mail
  • Schedule follow up client meetings
  • Manage CEO's expenses

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5-7 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Advanced Salesforce skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be smart, sharp, eager, have the ability to think on their feet, forward-thinking and have an excellent work ethic
  • Someone who wants to learn a business and help it grow and succeed
  • Must be thick-skinned and have a great sense of humor (there will never be a dull moment)
