ANNE SCHLUSSLER, Founder & Partner, Clarity

Anne Schlussler is a co-founder of Clarity. She is responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction of each office. Prior to founding Clarity, Anne worked as a Senior Sales Manager in recruiting.  Before moving to New York and entering the recruiting industry, she worked as a political fundraiser for statewide campaigns in Virginia and North Carolina.

Anne is a member of the American Staffing Association, the Women’s Business Enterprise, the National Association of Women Business Owners and SHRM. She was chosen to be on the Career Advisory Board at the University of Richmond where she is involved in rebuilding the University’s career services. She is also actively involved in the United Way.

Anne graduated from the University of Richmond with a B.A in Political Science. In January of 2010, she relocated her family to Virginia to open Clarity’s Richmond office to offer Clarity’s services in the IT and creative industries.

Anne lives in Richmond with her husband and two daughters.


KELLY SWANSON, Founder & Partner, Clarity

Kelly Swanson is a co-founder of Clarity. She is responsible for leading and directing Clarity’s vision and strategic direction. Prior to Clarity, Kelly worked in the recruiting industry for five years in New York City, gaining valuable insight to the staffing industry and forming the foundation of her philosophy to create a better firm.  Before moving to New York, she worked in the semiconductor industry as a Manager for Marshall Industries.

Kelly is affiliated with the Northern California Human Resources Association, American Staffing Association, and is also one of the founding members of The Carnegie Hall Notables, Carnegie Hall’s organization of young professionals that have a passion for music. She is also a member of Watermark, an organization committed to building women’s capacities and skills, and supporting the rise of exceptional women leaders in both the public and private sectors. In September 2011, Kelly and her father attended a Watermark Forum discussing women and diversity at the executive level.

Swanson is an avid skier and golfer, playing in multiple tournaments in the Bay Area.

Kelly graduated from UCLA with a BA in History. She and her husband reside in Los Altos, CA with their three children.


MOIRA DONAHUE DORST, Managing Partner, New York

Moira Donahue Dorst is the Managing Partner of Clarity’s New York City office. She started with Clarity in 2001 as an Account Manager for both contract and direct hire positions. As the biggest producer on the Clarity team, she quickly rose to the executive level, becoming a Managing Partner in 2006. Since then, Moira has developed and led strategic initiatives, as well as overseeing all of Clarity operations and business development in the New York office. Her sound judgment and unique ability to relate to people make her consistently sought after for advice by candidates, clients and her internal staff.

Moira is a member of SHRM, HRNY, 85 Broads, The Little Flower Junior Committee, and The Georgetown Hoya Hoop Club and Alumni Association. She is a graduate of Georgetown University, where she double majored in Marketing and Human Resource Management. She hails from Port Washington, New York and resides on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with her husband.


GREG MIKULIN, Founder of Clarity Technology Partners, Palo Alto, CA

Greg Mikulin joined Clarity’s team in 2010 and is one of the founders of the IT and creative division, Clarity Technology Partners (CTP). With over fifteen years in information technology leadership, sales and marketing between the Silicon Valley and Southern California markets, Mikulin leads strategy, delivery, and business development for the firm.

Prior to founding Clarity Technology Partners with Kelly Swanson and Anne Schlussler, Greg was the Director of Business Operations for the nations largest IT staffing and solutions firm where he was instrumental in hiring and developing one of the strongest teams in the organization. Before serving as the Director of the Southern California Market, Greg served in the same capacity in the Silicon Valley Market.  Prior to his leadership responsibilities, Greg held sales and recruiting roles in the Silicon Valley.

Greg has a BS in Business Administration and Economics from St. Mary’s College of California. He and his wife reside in San Francisco with their two children.
