Summary:
Clarity seeks a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in recruitment and sales, as well as a desire to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Cold calling and utilizing sales pitches to develop and maintain new business
- Negotiating contacts with new clients
- Qualifying, screening and interviewing candidates for temporary or direct hire administrative positions
- Scheduling internal and external interviews
- Communicating in a respectful manner using diplomacy and tact at all times
- Building lasting relationships in a highly competitive environment
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients by responding to requests and needs in a timely manner
- Coaching and preparing candidates for interviews and/or assignments
- Negotiating and extending offers
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-4 years experience, agency or professional recruitment services a plus!
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in recruitment, sales and human resources
- Must be intuitive, trustworthy, responsible and ambitious
- Superior communication skills, written and verbal
- Goal-oriented attitude is essential for success!

Recruiting Coordinator
Summary:
Clarity is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual with an interest in recruiting to work within our close-knit team. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running and have an eagerness to learn about the industry.
Responsibilities Include:
- Screen and qualify resumes for the openings we have available
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting online advertisements
- Follow up with candidates via telephone and email
- Research and track recruitment resources
- General support to a team of seven recruiters by answering phones and greeting candidates, etc.
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years experience, recent grads welcome!
- Ability to multi-task and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
